Setup Schedule: Locations
The Locations tab is where you create mining locations, stockpiles, processes, and fill locations and assign their properties.
If your scenario is for surface mining, all of the options for setting up the surface locations are directly under the Locations tab.
If your scenario is for underground mining, two subtabs are available. You use the Underground tab to create underground production locations and to define their properties.
You use the Stockpiles tab to create stockpiles, processes, and fill locations.
If your scenario is for combined surface and underground mining, two subtabs are available. You use the Underground tab to define the underground locations.
You use the Surfaces tab to define the surface locations, including the stockpiles and fill locations for the underground workings.
The help for the Locations tab is split into two sections, one explaining the features for surface locations, and the other explaining the features for underground locations.
